Polygon (formerly Matic Network) is a leading provider of Layer 2 scaling solutions for the Ethereum blockchain. Polygon uses an adapted version of the Plasma framework and Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus side chains to greatly improve scalability. Polygon uses a two-way-directional link between the main blockchain and the side chain. Polygon divides the workload between them to scale large transactions.

With the rebranding, Polygon plans to integrate many more functions into Ethereum, including advanced scaling techniques such as ZK aggregation and optimistic addition. Polygon’s vision is to transform Ethereum into the Internet of Blockchains by developing a framework for building and connecting Ethereum-compatible blockchain networks.

Centralized fantasy sports platforms tend to put the owners’ interests before their users and pay little or no attention to their opinions. These platforms often do not offer any visibility concerning factors such as point calculation, group formulation, transactions, or reward distribution. These factors decrease the user experience and often result in them paying high fees to play on the platform.

At Rage.Fan, decentralization is key. Users are responsible for community management, whose voting rights are granted by owning the platform’s native $ RAGE tokens. In addition to their in-game winnings, users can earn even more rewards by participating in various innovative staking and mining programs.

Rage.Fan platform will process huge amounts of data every day after the launch of their product. In its current form, the Ethereum framework is neither scalable nor sustainable. When users are unwilling to pay exorbitant transaction fees, transactions can get stuck in queues when the Ethereum network is congested. This will affect the user experience and likely remove users from the platform.

The partnership with Polygon enables Rage to scale operations profitably and reliably. Uninterrupted and smooth user experience is guaranteed, and even if there is a lot of traffic on the platform, Polygon is constantly working to improve the scale of Ethereum, Rage.Fan will continue to provide its fans with the best fantasy sports experience in its class.

DApps on Ethereum often encounter issues with scaling that can remove users from the platform. Scalability is something that has been considered since day one. That is why Rage’s partnership with Polygon is a significant one, the industry leader in L2 scaling solutions. No matter how traffic on the Rage platform, the user experience will not be interrupted.

Rage.Fan is a fan-based fantasy sports platform where sports fans can use their skills and knowledge to win prizes while participating in exciting fantasy sporting events. Users can also participate in quiz competitions during and after the live game and multiply the prizes they earned during the game.

Polygon is the first well-structured and user-friendly platform for developing and scaling the Ethereum network. The core component is the Polygon SDK, a flexible, modular framework for flexibility and independence that supports the creation and connection of secure strings like Plasma, Optimistic Aggregation, zkRollups, Validium, and amazing Chains like Matic POS. Polygon layer 2 chains are widely adopted with over 90 dapps, ~ 7 million txns, and ~ 200,000 unique users.
