EasyFi Network has launched a support portal to answer user questions and complaints about the EZ tokenswap.

EasyFi has completed the EASY token hardfork. EasyFi then started swapping EASY V2 ($EZ) tokens to all qualifying wallets on-chain (as per chain snapshots) and transferring new EZ tokens to exchanges that endorsed the EasyFi hard-fork.

Since the beginning, EasyFi have been in constant contact with all exchanges to provide them with the required user data to make the best decision possible for token swaps for users of corresponding exchanges. Despite waiting a long time for ProBit, HitBTC, and HotBit to respond to the request for clarification, EasyFi have not received appropriate and sufficient responses.

Categorization

The screenshots below from the portal will assist you in identifying the exact issue you are having and selecting the appropriate options to speed up the resolution of your problem.

There are 4 options that are applicable for 3 different networks viz. Ethereum, Polygon & Binance Smart Chain.

Option 1. Purchased on a DEX after the snapshot

Users who appear to have purchased EASY tokens on DEXs/AMMs on the three chains after the specified snapshot should use this option and provide all required details.

Consequently This choice is available to users of Uniswap, Quickswap, Pancakeswap, and other similar platforms. You can enter details from multiple DEXs and more than one purchase.

Option 2: Had EASY tokens in the wallet at the time of snapshot, but did not get swapped tokens

This is for users who appear to have had EASY tokens in their on-chain wallets just at time of the screenshot, but have yet to obtain the latest EASY V2 tokens, also known as EZ tokens.

Option 3: Bought on a centralized exchange but didn’t receive swapped tokens
This choice will primarily allow users from ProBit, HitBTC, and HotBit to submit questions for us to investigate quickly.
Please keep in mind that the following information is needed for an effective ticket submission:

  • Trade Ledger
  • Snapshot of user’s wallet balance
  • Snapshot of trades (Displaying trade id’s)
  • Registered email id (Used for account creation in respective exchange)

By clicking on the “+” sign on the right, the user may enter several information.

Option 4: Provided Liquidity on DEX

This choice is available to EASY Liquidity providers on DEXs (such as Pancakeswap, Uniswap, and Quickswap) on all three networks.
All of the information required here is required for the ticket to be submitted successfully.

Users will lift a ticket here if there is any other justification not covered here:
